I wrote an email to their help department (of course they do not provide any phone number) regarding my issue and distress over paying even the small amount for the full version, and received ZERO response. The app purports to allow you to undo and changes made, but this feature did not work either. When I used this app to recognize and merge duplicate contacts, it erased many contacts completely (strangely, it seemed to target some of the people I most frequently communicate with), and for others, my texts would be labeled “Maybe: ,” even after I would go into the contact and manually correct the contact. My issue was that I had (obviously) duplicate listings after adding contacts from different sources- I.e. I had very high hopes for this app after reading all of the positive reviews. BEWARE! I would give this app a zero star if possible
